Chicken Lo Mein

Directions

  1. 1Cut the breast tenderloins at an angle.
  2. 2Put the chicken in a metal bowl.
  3. 3Add cornstarch to the chicken.
  4. 4Add soy sauce to the chicken.
  5. 5Add mirin to the chicken.
  6. 6Add optional Shaoxing wine to the chicken.

  30. 30Toss the lo mein in the wok.

Tips

  • Dunk out water and add some oil for stir-frying.
  • Spread chicken in a single layer and let it brown alone.
  • Remove meat and then add aromatics and vegetables.
  • Toss vigorously when combining everything at the end.
