Directions
- 1Cook your chicken without seasonings, as flavoring will be added later.
- 2Shred or dice the cooked chicken and place it in a pan.
- 3Add one can of cream of chicken soup directly to the chicken without adding water.
- 4Add two spoonfuls of sour cream to the mixture.
- 5Sprinkle a little salt into the mixture.
- 6Add a little pepper.
- 7Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until evenly combined.
- 8Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the pan.
- 9Prepare the chicken stuffing mix according to the box directions, using chicken stock instead of water for extra flavor.
- 10Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 11Spread the prepared stuffing evenly on top of the chicken mixture in the pan.
- 12Cover the pan with tin foil.
- 13Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- 14After 40 minutes, remove the tin foil and bake for another 5 minutes to crisp the topping.
- 15The chicken surprise is now ready to serve and can be divided into 12 separate meals.
