2Season the chicken with smoked paprika and garlic granules and pour the egg white into the same bowl.
3Shake off the excess egg before dipping into the cornflakes, then press into adhere before transferring to an airfryer basket.
4Air fry for 12 minutes at 185 degrees celsius or bake at the same temperature for 16 minutes until cooked through.
5Combine the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar and chopped garlic in a bowl.
6Add the onion and red pepper to a pan and fry for a few minutes until soft.
7Once soft, add in a tbsp of the sauce and toss, then push the veggies to one side and add the cooked chicken along with the remaining sauce and toss again to combine.
8Serve the cooked chicken over the rice, garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
