Tips
Place meat mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes to help it thicken and make rolling easier.
When transferring meat mixture to a bowl to refrigerate, weigh the filling to make perfectly evenly sized burritos by dividing the total weight by 14.
To reheat: remove from freezer, wrap in a paper towel, microwave for 2 minutes to defrost, then air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes to crisp up your tortilla.
Do not add any salt to the onions while cooking until water has evaporated.
Add a splash of soy sauce for extra flavor and color to the caramelized onions.
