Directions

  1. 1Prepare 3 bananas.
  2. 2Mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. 3Add 4 spoons of peanut butter.
  4. 4Add 1 spoon of allulose.
  5. 5Mix well.
  6. 6Add 100ml of oat milk.
  7. 7Mix everything together to avoid lumps.
  8. 8Freeze in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
