Buttercream Bread

Directions

  1. 1Spread a layer of canned buttercream frosting onto a thin slice of sourdough bread.
  2. 2Press the frosted side of the bread into sugar to coat the surface.
  3. 3Place the bread frosted-side down onto a hot griddle to caramelize.
  4. 4Remove from the griddle and let the slices cool to crisp.
