Pulse red, green, and yellow bell peppers along with onion in a food processor until finely chopped.
Add the chopped vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
Add one box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey to the bowl.
Pour milk into the bowl.
Add two eggs to the mixture.
Add yellow mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup to the bowl.
Pour in one packet of Kinder's Meatloaf Seasoning.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Add ground turkey breast extra lean to the mixture.
Sprinkle parsley over the ground turkey and mix everything together by hand.
Form the meatloaf mixture into a loaf shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the meatloaf.
In a separate bowl, combine Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce, Heinz Extra Hot Habanero Tomato Ketchup, brown sugar, yellow mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes to make the glaze.
Mix the glaze ingredients until smooth.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven when it's partially cooked.
Spoon the prepared glaze over the meatloaf and spread evenly with a basting brush.
Return the meatloaf to the oven to finish cooking until the internal temperature reaches a safe level and the glaze is caramelized.
