Directions
- 1Add cucumber to a glass.
- 2Add basil to the glass.
- 3Muddle the cucumber and basil.
- 4Pour 15ml of simple syrup into the glass.
- 5Add 22.5ml of lemon juice to the glass.
- 6Add 15ml of elderflower liqueur to the glass.
- 7Add 45ml of gin to the glass.
- 8Add ice to the glass and close it with the shaker.
- 9Shake the ingredients until the shaker turns frosty.
- 10Pour the mixture into a tall glass with ice and cucumber slices.
- 11Top with soda water.
- 12Garnish with a lemon peel.
