2Pour your egg whites, water, and salt into a small bowl.
3Mix and remove any bubbles/foam from the liquid mixture.
4Cover the top of the small bowl with plastic wrap and poke a bunch of holes through it using a toothpick.
5Place the small bowl into a larger bowl/tray, and fill the larger bowl/tray with boiling water until it reaches almost to the top of the smaller bowl.
6Carefully place the tray/large bowl into the microwave at 50% power for 6-8 minutes until the eggs steam and are solid, but jiggle.
7Once cooked, remove the small bowl from the water-filled tray, and remove the plastic wrap.
8Then pour your soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and add your diced green onions on top.
9Slice your steamed egg with a knife to create a grid pattern and enjoy!
