Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your dish).

Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano.

Mix the ingredients in the baking dish.

Slice a French bread baguette into crostinis.

Prepare garlic butter by combining butter, garlic, salt, parsley, and parmesan.

Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the sliced baguette pieces.

Place the buttered baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Bake the tomatoes and toast the crostinis at 425°F (218°C) for 20-30 minutes until tomatoes burst and crostinis are golden.

Once out of the oven, top the roasted tomato mixture with Parmesan cheese.
