Directions
- 1Boil the pasta with chicken bouillon
- 2Strain the pasta and toss it with a little bit of olive oil
- 3Make the sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add heavy whipping cream
- 4Add half of the shredded cheese to the cream sauce and mix
- 5Season the sauce with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper
- 6Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well
- 7Layer half of the mac and cheese in a baking pan, top with half of the remaining shredded cheese
- 8Layer the other half of the mac and cheese on top of the cheese, and add the remaining shredded cheese on top
- 9Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted and bubbly, then broil for a bit

- 1 package Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella cheese
- 2 pounds macaroni noodles
