Directions
- 1Boil noodles in chicken bouillon until al dente, then strain and set aside.
- 2Grate cheeses by hand.
- 3Make the cheese sauce by melting butter, adding heavy cream, and then slowly whisking in the cheeses.
- 4Add cream cheese, adobo, ground mustard, white pepper, chicken bouillon, salt, and onion powder to the cheese sauce and whisk to combine.
- 5Pour cheese sauce over noodles and mix.
- 6Layer half of the noodles in a baking dish, top with shredded cheese, then repeat the process.
- 7Pour reserved cream sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
- 8Bake at 375 until bubbly and delicious.
