Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

Directions
- 1Make the meatloaf base by combining ground beef, crushed crackers, cheese powder, dried onion, dried parsley, some ketchup, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- 2Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a casserole dish.
- 3Spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- 4Boil the macaroni pasta until cooked and drain.
- 5In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, Velveeta cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in the cooked macaroni and some of the shredded cheese blend.
- 6Pour the macaroni and cheese mixture over the meatloaf base.
- 7Top with remaining shredded cheese and bake until bubbly and golden brown.

- 1 package crackers
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 packet cheese powder
- 1 tbsp dried onion
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 box macaroni pasta
- 3 cup shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese blend
