Crispy One Pan Beef Tacos

Directions

  1. 1Combine sour cream, sriracha, mayonnaise, garlic powder, tahini, paprika, lemon juice, and a little bit of mustard, mix well, and set aside for the sauce.
  2. 2Cook ground beef in a hot pan.
  3. 3Drain excess oil from the ground beef.
  4. 4Add diced onions, tomato paste, a packet of taco seasoning, and a little bit of water to the ground beef.
  5. 5Let it cook down until everything is soft.
  6. 6Grab flour tortillas.
  7. 7Add mozzarella cheese, ground beef, and more cheese in the middle of each tortilla.
  8. 8Fry each taco in a pan on each side for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9Flip the tacos over and repeat the frying process.
  10. 10Press the tacos down a little bit.
  11. 11Open them up and add the prepared sauce and a little bit of pico if desired.

  • 0.5 yellow onion diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayo
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 0.5 Juice of half lime
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp tajin
  • 1 tap paprika
