Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place one stick of butter in a 9x13 baking dish and put it in the oven until the butter melts.

Mix two cups of whole milk with one box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix and the seasoning packet.

Add cooked, shredded chicken to the melted butter in the baking dish.

Add a bag of frozen mixed vegetables to the baking dish.

Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Pour the biscuit batter over the chicken and vegetables. Do not mix.

In the same measuring cup used for the biscuit mix, add two cups of chicken stock and one can of cream of chicken soup and whisk them together.

Pour the chicken stock and soup mixture over the top of everything in the baking dish. Do not mix.

Bake in the oven for about an hour, or a little longer, until golden and bubbly.

Let the chicken cobbler sit for about 10-15 minutes after removing it from the oven.

Serve the chicken cobbler in a bowl.

Don't mix the biscuit batter into the other ingredients, just let it settle on top.
