Chicken Cobbler

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2Place one stick of butter in a 9x13 baking dish and put it in the oven until the butter melts.
  3. 3Mix two cups of whole milk with one box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix and the seasoning packet.
  4. 4Add cooked, shredded chicken to the melted butter in the baking dish.
  5. 5Add a bag of frozen mixed vegetables to the baking dish.
  6. 6Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. 7Pour the biscuit batter over the chicken and vegetables. Do not mix.
  8. 8In the same measuring cup used for the biscuit mix, add two cups of chicken stock and one can of cream of chicken soup and whisk them together.
  9. 9Pour the chicken stock and soup mixture over the top of everything in the baking dish. Do not mix.
  10. 10Bake in the oven for about an hour, or a little longer, until golden and bubbly.
  11. 11Let the chicken cobbler sit for about 10-15 minutes after removing it from the oven.
  12. 12Serve the chicken cobbler in a bowl.
