Directions

  1. 1Brown butter in a pan.
  2. 2Add peaches to the browned butter in the pan.
  3. 3Fry the peaches in brown butter until caramelized and golden.
  4. 4Pour thickened cream into a mixing bowl.
  5. 5Add icing sugar to the cream.
  6. 6Add vanilla bean paste to the cream and icing sugar.
  7. 7Add mascarpone cheese to the mixture.
  8. 8Whip the cream mixture until nice and thick.
  9. 9Serve warm peaches with pan juices.
  10. 10Top the peaches with a dollop of the luscious cream.
