Directions

  1. 1Heat up the milk.
  2. 2Whiten the sugar with the egg yolks.
  3. 3Add cornstarch.
  4. 4Once the milk is a little hot, pour half of it.
  5. 5Put everything back to heat.
  6. 6Mix until boiling.
  7. 7Once it boils, turn off.
  8. 8Pour into a dish, cover with film.
  9. 9Let cool in the refrigerator.
  10. 10Once cold, put it back in a bowl and beat it.
  11. 11Add soft butter in two times.

  14. 14Cut the strawberries in 2 and place them along the circle.
  15. 15Cut the génoise, put it in the center of strawberries.
  16. 16Make syrup from sugar and water that I boiled simply.
  17. 17Put some of the cream, and smooth the strawberries with the cream against the circle.
  18. 18Put diced strawberries in the middle and press it a little.
  19. 19Smooth with more cream, add the second part of the génoise.

  21. 21Add cream and smooth completely.
