Directions
- 1Add 15 oz of pumpkin puree into a 9x13 pan.
- 2Pour 12 oz of evaporated milk into the pan.
- 3Add 3 eggs to the mixture.
- 4Add 3/4 cup of sugar.
- 5Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
- 6Add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice.
- 7Mix all the ingredients together in the pan until well combined.
- 8Sprinkle one box of yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
- 9Melt 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter.
- 10Pour the melted butter lightly and evenly over the top of the yellow cake mix, ensuring as much of the cake mix is covered as possible.
- 11Do not mix the layers after adding the butter.
- 12Bake the cake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes.
- 13Remove the cake from the oven once it's baked to a golden brown.
- 14Serve the pumpkin dump cake.
