2Add them into an air fryer with some light cooking spray, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
3Air fry for 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
4Slice and dice your onion.
5Add that into a hot pan, allowing it to dance around until it gets nice and sautéed.
6Add in a bit of garlic and allow it to dance around a bit more.
7Throw in your ground beef and make sure that it's at least 90% lean because it's higher in protein and lower in calories.
8Add the dry seasonings: 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional for heat), salt and pepper to taste.
9Allow it to get nice and brown.
10Finish it up with some tomato paste and fresh cheddar cheese.
11To make the delicious sauce, just add these listed ingredients into a blender: 1 large avocado (150g), 1/2 cup (120g) non-fat Greek yogurt (or dairy-free), juice of 1 lime, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for creaminess), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, salt and pepper to taste, and water to thin as needed.
12Blend until it's nice and smooth.
