Directions
- 1Make the strawberry dough by mixing all the strawberry ingredients together.
- 2Make the lemon dough by mixing all the lemon ingredients together.
- 3Weigh 2.25 oz of lemon dough and 2.25 oz of strawberry dough and layer them together.
- 4Roll the layered dough into a ball, then flatten slightly.
- 5Place the dough balls onto a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 9 minutes.
- 6Place lemon curd and strawberry preserves into separate piping bags.
- 7Once the cookies are out of the oven, make small holes in the cookies and inject the lemon curd and strawberry preserves into the cookies.
- 8Let the cookies sit for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
- 9Melt the white chocolate and spread over the cookies.
- 10Finish with the strawberry lemonade crunch.

- 1 tsp yellow food coloring
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 12.7 oz lemon curd
- 10 oz strawberry preserves
- 1 cup white chocolate
