Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix equal parts of ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
- 2Add a pinch of paprika.
- 3Add finely chopped onion.
- 4Add a tablespoon of sweet relish.
- 5Add a tablespoon of pickle juice.
- 6Cook bacon in a pan.
- 7Toast brioche buns in bacon fat.
- 8Make two balls with 80/20 ground beef and place some thinly sliced onion on top of each.
- 9Cook the patties on a hot plate with some butter.
- 10Season the patties with salt and smash them using a burger press.
- 11Place slices of American cheese on the patties.
- 12Spread the burger sauce on both sides of the toasted buns.
- 13Assemble the burger in this order: bun, burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, bacon, pickles, patty, burger sauce, bun.
