- 3Add 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice to the glass.
- 4Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 5Shake for 8 seconds.
- 6Brush the rim of a serving glass with agave.
- 7Sprinkle Tajín over the agave-coated rim.
- 8Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice.
- 9Strain the shaken mixture into the glass with ice.
- 10Top with Topo Chico.
- 11Garnish with dried lime wheels and a jalapeño hat.
