Cottage Cheese Banana Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Directions

  1. 1Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. 2Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium low heat.
  3. 3Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto the skillet.
  4. 4Add desired toppings such as chocolate chips or blueberries.
  5. 5Cook until bubbles appear on top.
  6. 6Flip cakes and cook until golden brown on the underside.
  7. 7Wipe skillet clean and repeat with more cooking spray and remaining batter. Makes 3-4 pancakes.
