Sweet Heat Smoked Cream Cheese

Directions

  1. 1Take a block of cream cheese out of its package.
  2. 2Season all sides of the cream cheese liberally with Sucklebusters Honey BBQ rub.
  3. 3Place the seasoned cream cheese into a cast iron skillet.
  4. 4Use a sharp knife to slice diagonally across the top of the cream cheese.
  5. 5Sprinkle more rub onto the sliced cream cheese.
  6. 6Place the skillet on a smoker preheated to 225°F and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  7. 7Spoon on Momofuku Chili Crunch. If you don't like it spicy, don't add as much.
  8. 8Brush the Chili Crunch all over the top.
  9. 9Put back on the smoker for 30 more minutes.
  10. 10Drizzle Mike's Hot Honey all over the top.
  11. 11Garnish with parsley.
  12. 12Serve with crispy bagel chips.
