Take a block of cream cheese out of its package.

Season all sides of the cream cheese liberally with Sucklebusters Honey BBQ rub.

Place the seasoned cream cheese into a cast iron skillet.

Use a sharp knife to slice diagonally across the top of the cream cheese.

Sprinkle more rub onto the sliced cream cheese.

Place the skillet on a smoker preheated to 225°F and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Spoon on Momofuku Chili Crunch. If you don't like it spicy, don't add as much.

Brush the Chili Crunch all over the top.

Put back on the smoker for 30 more minutes.

Drizzle Mike's Hot Honey all over the top.

Garnish with parsley.

Serve with crispy bagel chips.
