Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions
- 1Add one block of softened cream cheese to a bowl.
- 2Add 1/2 cup of softened butter to the bowl.
- 3Pour in 4 cups of icing sugar.
- 4Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- 5Add a small dash of lemon extract for lemon-flavored frosting.
- 6Mix all ingredients well with a mixer for approximately 5 minutes, scraping down the bowl a couple of times.
- 7Perform a taste test to ensure the frosting is perfect.
