Boil potatoes until tender.

Drain, mash, then stir in melted butter and warm milk until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pat dry, season, and sear steak bites in butter over high heat for about 2 minutes per side until browned.

Remove steak bites from pan.

Reduce heat.

Add butter, garlic, thyme, and chili flakes.

Cook for 30 seconds.

Add bourbon and honey, scraping up browned bits.

Reduce until glossy.

Return steak bites to the pan and toss in the sauce until coated.

Sauté, boil, or roast broccolini with olive oil and salt until tender.

Spoon mash onto the plate.

Top with steak bites.

Drizzle with sauce.

Serve broccolini on the side.
