1Add ground pork, minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried sage, dry thyme, apple cider vinegar and sugar-free maple syrup to a medium bowl

3Put the other half pound of pork in a vacuum sealed bag and freeze it
4Add avocado oil to a preheated pan on medium high heat
5Add the seasoned ground pork to the pan and spread it
6Cook for 2 to 3 minutes then flip
7After 30 seconds to a minute break the meat down
8Add cooked ground pork to a large bowl
9Whisk eggs together
10Add avocado oil to the pan then add the eggs
11Constantly mix the eggs so you don’t burn them
12Remove from the heat and add the cooked eggs to the bowl with the sausage
13Give the sausage and eggs a mix to combine
14Lay tortilla wraps down and add shredded cheese to each
15Add the egg and meat mixture evenly to the cheese
16Fold in the sides into a Y shape, use your thumbs to make the first roll and tuck the filling in, then use your pinky fingers to fold in the corners allowing you to tightly wrap the rest of the burrito
17Spray water onto the seal line of the burrito
18Place burritos in a preheated pan on medium heat and press down on the tops of the burritos
19After 30-45 seconds, flip them without water this time, and repeat the process until brown

Tips
Season ground pork
