Add marshmallow root to water.

Let this infuse overnight and then strain it the next day.

Add marshmallow infusion with agar powder and let this bloom for 10 minutes.

Add marshmallow infusion with sweetener and a pinch of salt.

Boil this for 9 minutes on medium high.

Pour it into the mixing bowl.

Add vanilla extract, slippery elm, matcha and peppermint oil.

Combine the ingredients on low and then mix on high for 9 minutes.

Add parchment paper to your molds and dust with arrow root powder.

Pour the fluff into the mold.

0.5 cup marshmallow infusion
1 tablespoon agar powder
0.5 cup marshmallow infusion
1 cup sweetener
pinch salt
0.5 tablespoon vanilla extract
0.5 tablespoon slippery elm
2 tablespoons matcha
5 drops peppermint oil
arrow root powder

Tips
Marshmallows are traditionally prepared as medicine to soothe coughs and sore throats, boost immunity, and help with digestive issues.
The marshmallows of our world are the opposite of medicinal and actually contain no real marshmallow.
Use agar and not gelatin.
