1Add 5 pounds of bone-in pork chops to the crockpot.

4Add one chopped onion, four washed and chopped ribs of celery, one washed, deseeded and chopped bell pepper, one washed and chopped fresh jalapeno, and six peeled and chopped cloves of fresh garlic.
5Add two tablespoons of Washy Sister sauce, four tablespoons of butter, two 1-ounce packets of au jus gravy mix, one packet of Lipton onion soup mix, two cups of vegetable broth, and one cup of 117-degree clear sink water.
6Give everything a stir.
7Lay the ingredients on top of the pork chops.
8Cook on low in the crockpot for 3 hours.
9If desired, add mushrooms and cook for one more hour.
