1Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped yellow onion and minced garlic and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
2Add the ground beef to the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula.
3In a separate pot, boil water and add the Banza pasta shells, cooking according to package instructions.
4Add the jar of pasta sauce and a 4oz ball of burrata to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
5Add the blended sauce to the pan with the cooked ground beef and mix well. Let it simmer on low for 10-15 minutes.
6Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the meat sauce, mixing until well incorporated.
7Top the dish with another 4oz ball of burrata, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, freshly chopped basil, and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
