Pasta Sauce with Lots of Veggies

Directions

  1. 1Dice up a whole onion, whole bell pepper, whole zucchini, and a carrot.
  2. 2Put two whole heads of garlic cloves in.
  3. 3Add one tablespoon of onion powder, one tablespoon of garlic, oregano, pepper, salt, and basil.
  4. 4Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. 5Mix the vegetables, olive oil, and spices together until the veggies are nice and soft.
  6. 6Add four cans of crushed tomatoes.
  7. 7Let the sauce cook on the stove on a low simmer for 1 to 2 hours, or even longer if you have time.
  8. 8Use a blender or an emulsifier to blend all the sauce up until no veggies are visible.
