Dice up a whole onion, whole bell pepper, whole zucchini, and a carrot.

Put two whole heads of garlic cloves in.

Add one tablespoon of onion powder, one tablespoon of garlic, oregano, pepper, salt, and basil.

Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Mix the vegetables, olive oil, and spices together until the veggies are nice and soft.

Add four cans of crushed tomatoes.

Let the sauce cook on the stove on a low simmer for 1 to 2 hours, or even longer if you have time.

Use a blender or an emulsifier to blend all the sauce up until no veggies are visible.

Tips
This sauce freezes well and holds well in the fridge.
