1First, rinse the potatoes until the water is clear, at least four to five times.
2Pressure cook the potatoes with salt and water for two whistles.
3Then, press each potato slightly with a laddle, just enough to flatten it without giving too much pressure.
4Set the potatoes aside.
5To a bowl, add corn flour, rice flour, and maida along with salt and little water.
6Add water little by little to form a runny batter.
7Coat each potato with the batter and shallow fry it until crisp.
8To another bowl, add Mayo along with tomato ketchup, chili flakes, onion flakes, garlic powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, and mixed herbs along with little salt.
9Mix it well.
10Then add milk little by little to form a creamy sauce.
11To assemble, place the fried potatoes.
12Add the sauce topping.
13Enjoy.
