Crockpot Sweet Sesame Teriyaki Meatballs with Pineapple

Directions

  1. 1Add a 2-lb bag of homestyle meatballs, a 20-oz bag of frozen peppers and onions, pepper, ground ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, and a couple of big scoops of garlic to the crockpot.
  2. 2Add a 20-oz can of pineapple chunks with their juice to the crockpot.
  3. 3Pour in a whole bottle of Kinder's sweet sesame teriyaki sauce.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. 5Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. 6At about the 3-hour mark, add a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce and let it cook for another half hour.
  7. 7Serve the cooked meatballs and sauce over jasmine rice.
