Directions

  1. 1Start by cooking a couple cups of rice and season with sushi vinegar.
  2. 2Get the spam toasted on a pan.
  3. 3Once the spam has good color, set it aside.
  4. 4Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, and mirin.
  5. 5Once the sauce starts to simmer, throw the spam back in.
  6. 6Grab a can and plastic wrap.
  7. 7Add rice to the mold.
  8. 8Add a slice of egg.
  9. 9Add the spam.
  10. 10Press the ingredients into the mold.
  11. 11Take it out of the mold.
  12. 12Add some furikake.
  13. 13Wrap it up in seaweed.
