Directions

  1. 1西兰花切碎，焯水1分钟
  2. 2将焯过水的西兰花、一个鸡蛋混合搅拌
  3. 3150克处理好的虾仁加入一个蛋清、少许盐，用搅拌机打成虾泥
  4. 48克玉米淀粉加入虾泥中
  5. 5加入一个切碎的胡萝卜，搅拌均匀
  6. 6在模具底部刷一层橄榄油
  7. 7倒入虾泥
  8. 8再淋上蛋液
  9. 9保鲜膜扎孔
  10. 10上锅蒸25分钟
  11. 11倒扣脱模
  12. 12切成适合宝宝的小块

  • 1 个 鸡蛋
  • 150 克 虾仁
  • 1 勺 盐
  • 8 克 玉米淀粉
  • 1 个 胡萝卜
  • 1 橄榄油
