Directions

  1. 1將嫩豆腐取出放入容器中，並用打蛋器將豆腐搗碎。
  2. 2打入兩顆雞蛋。
  3. 3加入半茶匙鹽。
  4. 4用打蛋器攪拌均勻。
  5. 5加入蟹肉棒並攪拌均勻。
  6. 6蓋上蓋子。
  7. 7放入微波爐中火微波5分鐘。
  8. 8取出並倒扣至盤中。
  9. 9淋上適量柴魚醬油即可享用。

  • 適量 柴魚醬油
