In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast with lemon juice, yogurt, ground coriander, paprika, other spices, salt, pepper, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Massage the mixture and let it marinate for as long as you like.
Heat up some ghee in a large pan and fry the marinated chicken until it has some nice char and color.
Set the chicken aside and in the same pan with a little more ghee, fry up the red onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, and the same spices that were added to the chicken.
Add in passata, tomato paste, water, a cinnamon stick, salt, and some tandoori masala for added color and sweetness.
Put the chicken back into the pan, cover it, and let it simmer on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Finish off with heavy cream.
Top it off with cilantro and serve it with some fresh naan.
