Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix together 6 tbsp curd, 1/8 tsp baking soda until frothy.
- 2Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup sunflower oil and 3 tbsp milk. Mix well.
- 3Add 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder to the mix and whisk until smooth.
- 4Grease a 5.5 x 3.5 inch glass dish with oil and pour the batter into it.
- 5Microwave the batter for 3 minutes.
- 6Place a chocolate bar on top of the cake and microwave again for 2 minutes.
