Cinnamon Roll Cake
Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix one box of yellow cake mix following the directions on the box, but instead of water, use milk.
- 2Add two eggs and mix.
- 3Pour batter into a 9x13 baking dish.
- 4In a bowl, mix 1.5 sticks of butter, one cup of brown sugar, two tablespoons of flour, and one tablespoon of cinnamon.
- 5Microwave for a few seconds to soften the butter.
- 6Spoon the cinnamon roll filling over the cake batter.
- 7Use a butter knife to swirl the cinnamon filling into the cake batter.
- 8Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- 9Prepare frosting by mixing two cups of powdered sugar, five tablespoons of milk, a splash of vanilla, and three tablespoons of cream cheese.
- 10Pour the frosting over the baked cake and let it sit.
