6In another bowl, combine two cups of powdered sugar and about one and a half tablespoons of milk to create the icing.
7Cover the pan in butter.
8Once the butter is bubbling, add the pancake batter to the pan.
9Cover the pancakes until bubbles appear.
10Once bubbles appear, add the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the pancakes.
11Put a lid on the pan and let it steam for about four to five minutes.
12Remove the pancakes from the pan and add the icing on top.
