1Dice bacon and cook in a skillet over medium high heat until crispy. Drain and remove from pan.
2Remove grease from the pan. Add diced white onions and saute for 3 minutes.
3Add espresso or coffee, brown sugar and raspberries to the pan. Stir to combine and cook until berries start to break down.
4Add salt, pepper and cooked bacon into the pan. Simmer over medium low heat for 45-50 minutes until thickened.
5Place ground beef balls on a hot griddle with thinly sliced jalapeños on top. Smash the patties using a cast iron burger press. Season with Texas Jalapeño Salt.
6Flip the burgers after about 90 seconds and top with Havarti cheese. Cook for another 30 seconds.
7Spread whipped cream cheese on the bottom bun. Place two jalapeno patties on top of the cream cheese.
8Spread bacon jam on top bun and place it on top of the patties.
