Directions

  1. 1鍋中水滾後，加入豆腐和鴻喜菇等配料。
  2. 2再加點柴魚醬油提味。
  3. 3煮滾後，將瓦斯轉小小火。
  4. 4用篩網把味增篩進湯裡，輕輕拌勻。
  5. 5融化之後，立刻關火。
  6. 6撒點蔥花就完成啦！

  • 味增湯的獨特風味來自於米麴發酵出來的好菌，高溫會把這些美味的靈魂殺光，還會變酸又變苦。
