Boil the noodles for about 5 minutes.

In a bowl, add the Buldak sauce packet, Buldak powder packet, mayo, minced garlic, and egg yolks.

Stir the ingredients in the bowl well.

Add 1/2 cup of noodle water into the bowl and stir.

Add the boiled ramen noodles to the bowl with the sauce.

Boil eggs for exactly 6 and a half minutes.

Plunge the boiled eggs into an ice bath to stop the cooking process.

Crack and peel the boiled eggs.

In a jar, add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, hot sauce, rice vinegar, and water, then stir to combine.

Add the peeled eggs to the jar and pour the marinade over them.

Season the picanha steak strips with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill the steak over flames until a killer crust forms, ensuring it remains juicy and smoky.

Slice the grilled steak.

Top the ramen with chili oil, sliced steak, soft-boiled marinated eggs, and chopped green onions.

2 to 3 ramen eggs
0.75 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 oz water

Tips
