Directions
1
Remove all the crust from the loaf of bread and set it aside.
2
In a mixing bowl, add six eggs, one cup of milk, one half cup of heavy whipping cream and one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
3
Whisk the mixture until it's all mixed up.
4
Melt a stick of butter.
5
Add one cup of brown sugar to the melted butter and stir it up really good.
6
Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture into an 11x13 baking dish.
7
Spread the mixture all around the baking dish.
8
Lay the bread in a layer across the baking dish.
9
Spoon half of the batter mixture on top of the bread.
10
Throw a layer of cinnamon on top of that.
11
Grab the rest of the bread and make another whole layer.
12
Spoon the rest of the batter mixture right on top of that bread.
13
Push down on any dry spots with a spoon to make sure everything is completely coated.
14
Slap another layer of cinnamon on top of that.
15
Toss some saran wrap on it and put it in the fridge overnight.
16
In the morning, pull off the saran wrap.
17
Slap some aluminum foil on top of this.
18
Throw it in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, taking the foil off for the last 15 minutes.
19
Turn it upside down to see the brown sugar and butter coating the bottom.
