Place wire rack over a cast iron skillet.

Place sausage rolls on the wire rack over the skillet.

Place rack and skillet in the Camp Chef at 250 degrees for about an hour.

Put the smoked sausages back in the pan.

Brown the sausage, add some flour, and mix well.

Add milk and stir.

Keep stirring until it thickens.

Add cracked pepper and Himalayan sea salt.

Cube cold butter.

Add butter cubes into 2 cups of self-rising flour and mix together.

Add a cup of buttermilk and fold together.

Mash and fold the dough about five or six times.

Use cookie cutters to form biscuits.

Preheat cast iron pan with some butter.

Throw the biscuits into the preheated pan.

Place pan in the Camp Chef, cranked up to 425 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Brush with a little more butter and let it go another 5 minutes.

Split biscuit open.

Pile the gravy over the top of it.

Add a fried duck egg.
