Flourless Peanut Butter Sweet Potato Muffins
Directions
- 1Peel and mash the sweet potatoes.
- 2In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes and peanut butter.
- 3Add the eggs, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and honey to the bowl.
- 4Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- 5Place the muffin liners in the muffin tin.
- 6Scoop the batter into the muffin liners.
- 7Bake the muffins in the preheated oven.
