1In a pan, mix 10g of flour with 50ml of water to make a tangzhong.
2In a kitchen aid mixer, combine 210g of flour, 6g of instant dried yeast, 10g of sugar, 4g of salt, 70ml of tepid water, 10ml of tepid milk, 1 egg, and the tangzhong.
3Mix it until well combined.
4Gradually add 30g of softened butter and mix on high for 10 minutes.
5Add a bit of olive oil, cover, and let it double in size (1-2 hours).
6Divide the dough into four pieces and roll them into balls.
7Place the balls on a tray, cover, and wait for another hour.
8Squish each ball into diced bacon, then top with grated cheese and mozzarella cheese.
