Directions

  1. 1Soak and cut glass vermicelli.
  2. 2Grind garlic and coriander root.
  3. 3Mix ground pork, glass vermicelli and cooked rice in a bowl.
  4. 4Add the grinded garlic and coriander root to the bowl.
  5. 5Add salt, msg, sugar, seasoning powder, pepper and oyster sauce.
  6. 6Mix all ingredients.
  7. 7Stuff the mixture into pork intestine.
  8. 8Tie the sausage with a string.
  9. 9Leave it at room temperature for 1-2 days.
  10. 10Grill or fry the sausage.
  11. 11Serve with side dishes.
