1In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
2Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 ground coriander powder, 1/2 cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, and 1 tablespoon of garlic granules to the bowl.
3Mix all the seasonings and put them to the side.
4Blend your onion in a food processor.
5Add the blended onion to your lamb mince.
6Add the olive oil and yogurt mixture to the lamb mince and onion.
7Add all the important spices to the mixture.
8Give it a good mix so that it's all well combined.
9Grab some baking paper and add a small amount of meat.
10Put some more baking paper on top so it doesn't stick.
11Give it a good roll with a rolling pin until it's thin.
12Roll it all the way down into a log shape.
13Carry on doing this until all your meat is finished.
14Cook the meat in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 6-7 minutes on each side.
