Directions

  1. 1Start by grabbing peeled potatoes.
  2. 2Cut the potatoes into crinkle cut or thin slices using a mandolin or a knife.
  3. 3Rinse the potatoes until the water runs clear.
  4. 4Soak the potatoes in an ice bath for 10-20 minutes.
  5. 5For the sour cream and onion seasoning, blend salt, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, sweetener, buttermilk powder and dried dill until fine and smooth.
  6. 6Pat the potatoes completely dry.
  7. 7Spray each side of the potatoes with cooking oil spray.
  8. 8Cook the potatoes in an air fryer at 200C/400F for 10-15 minutes or oven bake at 200C/400F for 15-25 minutes until crispy. Flip and spray oil halfway for both methods.
  9. 9Add most of the seasoning to the crispy potatoes and mix well.
  10. 10Sprinkle any leftover seasoning on top.
  11. 11Enjoy the low calorie sour cream and onion potato chips.

Tips
